Why?

MSB SafeCard utilizes features that use your device’s location to improve performance and help prevent fraud.

What?

The types of information we may collect regarding your mobile device can include:

• Device settings
• Unique device identifiers
• Information about your location
• Analytical information that may assist with diagnostics and performance

How?

Some information is collected automatically and does not require any action on your part.  For your convenience, you may be asked to grant permission for access to your mobile device's geolocation data. This information may be collected when you use certain services that are dependent on your mobile device’s location (such as the location of an ATM or in store transactions).

Relationship to Privacy Statement

This MSB SafeCard Privacy Policy supplements Middlesex Savings Bank’s Privacy Statement and in the event of any inconsistency between the two, the Privacy Statement shall govern.
