Electronic wire transfers are often used in business transactions, real estate purchases and for big-ticket items. At Middlesex Savings Bank, we can help you safely send domestic or international wires. We also make it easy to accept incoming transfers and move money into your account.

Please note:

  • Senders should share account information via secure channels only
  • Unencrypted emails can be hacked and can jeopardize your account security
  • Secure payment method when a check or credit card is not appropriate
  • Wired funds are immediately available for use.
  • Wire transfers are subject to fees; please refer to our Fee Schedule
  • Several institutions may be involved in international transfers and each may assess their own fees
  • If you receive any wire instructions by email or other non-secure methods, please do not initiate it without verifying it via another channel, such as by telephone
