What do I get? Construction loans can be used to finance the initial construction of a home and become the permanent loan once your home is complete.  ​
Features & Benefits You pay interest only during the construction period. Then, when construction is complete, your payment automatically converts to a regular monthly payment of principal and interest, saving you from the expense and need of a second closing.
