Deposit checks anytime, anywhere with eDeposit. ​

To begin using eDeposit, here's what you need to do:

  • Select "Enroll in eDeposit" in the "Move Money" menu option within Online Banking

  • Complete the eDeposit Enrollment Instructions

  • Once you've been approved, go to "Deposit Check" in "Move Money" and you're ready to begin. eDeposits are made through the mobile app


Applicants for the Middlesex Savings Bank eDeposit program are subject to approval by Middlesex Savings Bank. Electronic Deposits must be made in accordance with the Middlesex Savings Bank eDeposit Agreement and are subject to limits defined in the Agreement. Mobile telephone carrier fees may apply.

Easy Solutions provides Middlesex customers with an anti-fraud solution that protects them from some of the most sophisticated online criminal attacks.

There aren’t any login or password requirements to use this software. Detect Safe Browsing (DSB) from Easy Solutions is a very small and fast download that you install on devices you use to access your Middlesex Savings Bank accounts. This software runs quietly in the background and provides security to avoid becoming a victim to online fraud.

Get your bank information when you need it and how you want it. eStatements allow you to:

  • View your account statements online at anytime

  • Print any statement you may need for any reason

  • View up to 18 months of statements

  • Make it easier for record keeping and tax preparation

  • Receive an email notification when your statement is available online.

To enroll, just:

  • Login to Online Banking

  • Select Preference in the side menu

  • Select "Statement Delivery"

  • Complete the Middlesex Savings Bank Electronic Statement Agreement

Text Banking

With text banking, you can check balances, view recent transactions, transfer funds, pay bills, and easily find ATM and branch locations on your mobile phone. Text Banking allows you to do simple transactions – fast – like checking balances, viewing recent transactions, and transferring funds with any mobile phone.

If you can send a text message, we'll send you one back with your up-to-date account details.

Text 226-563 with one of these commands:

BAL to view balances for all eligible accounts

HIST <account nickname> For account history

XFER <account nickname1> <account nickname2> <amount> To transfer money between Middlesex accounts

HELP For Middlesex Savings Bank’s website address and phone number

STOP To disable text banking for the enrolled mobile device. To reactivate, log into Online Banking.

To enable text banking, visit the "Preferences" section within Online Banking, then click on "Text Enrollment."


Text Banking is available to all Middlesex customers who are enrolled in Online Banking. Check with your wireless carrier for fees that may apply.

For your protection, do not text us your account numbers. You should use your account nickname when sending a text command. We will never include your account number in our text messages. On occasion your mobile phone manufacturer may release software updates for your phone. These should be downloaded and installed regularly to ensure your mobile phone has the most current and up-to-date software installed.


Secure Your Phone

Most mobile phones let you set up a password or PIN, requiring that it's entered into your phone prior to use. This ensures that your phone can't be used if it's lost or stolen. Make sure that you always have this feature enabled and that your password or PIN is not shared with anyone.

Just like your computer, mobile phones are vulnerable to viruses, some of which can give fraudsters access to your personal information. To keep your information safe:

  • Install security software and keep it up-to-date
  • Delete junk emails and text messages
  • Don't follow any Web site links unless you know that they're genuine
  • Don't download any files or email attachments that you're not sure about.
