Middlesex ARMs (adjustable-rate mortgages) offer an initial interest rate that is fixed for either 5 or 7 years. After that period, and every three years thereafter until maturity, the interest rate can adjust based on current market conditions. Each adjustment is limited to 2% and total adjustments over the life of the loan are limited to 4%.

The APR for the Home Equity Line of Credit is a variable rate of Prime minus 0.50% as published in the Wall Street Journal at the beginning of each monthly billing cycle, subject to a minimum rate of 3.50%. As of 2/1/2024, the Prime Rate was 8.50%. The maximum APR is 18%. $50 annual fee applies. Fee is waived with a Freedom Gold® Checking or a Freedom Platinum® Checking account. Early termination fee of $400 will be charged if the Home Equity Line of Credit is closed within the first 24 months.
