Terms and Conditions: Middlesex Savings Bank Referral Rewards Program - Checking Account OfferMiddlesex Referrer Customer: The person making the referral (Referrer) will earn a $50 Mastercard® Reward Card for each individual referred (Referred Person) to Middlesex Savings Bank who registers for the offer, opens a new Middlesex Savings Bank Freedom Blue®, Freedom Gold®, or Freedom Platinum® checking account, and completes the offer requirements stated below within the time specified in the offer. All account specific qualifications must be met in order to qualify for rewards. To make a referral, the Referrer must register for the program and share the offer with their friends, family, or coworkers.
Maximum Reward: A Referrer may receive up to ten (10) Mastercard Reward Cards ($500 value) within a calendar year, but only one Referrer may receive a Mastercard Reward Card for each Referred Person who fulfills the requirements.
Referred Persons: To earn a $200 Mastercard Reward Card, the Referred Person must register by following the link provided in the referral email or on social media, open a new Middlesex Savings Bank Freedom Blue, Freedom Gold, or Freedom Platinum checking account, and complete eight (8) or more debit card purchase transactions within 60 days of account opening. ATM transactions do not qualify.
Email Communications: The Referrer authorizes the sending of communications to each Referred Person. If the referred person has previously opted out of marketing material from Middlesex Savings Bank or ReferLive, the email may not be delivered.” Each person who registers at ReferLive authorizes future communications including emails regarding the program unless they “opt out” by making an election at ReferLive or within such email.
Eligibility and Exclusions: All accounts are subject to approval. Debit transactions must post and clear within 60-days of account opening to be counted. To be eligible, the Referred Person must not have held a personal checking account at Middlesex Savings Bank within the 90 days prior to opening the new checking account regardless of whether an account was previously held individually or joint with others. This offer cannot be combined with any other offers. Must be 16 years of age or older to participate in the referral program.
Checking Account Information: Freedom Blue®: Minimum of $1.00 to open account. Freedom Gold®: Open your account with as little as $1.00. Monthly maintenance charge of $19 is waived if your combined balances are $10,000 or more. Combined balances are average monthly balances in all deposit accounts plus all outstanding portfolio loan balances. Freedom Platinum®: Open your account with as little as $1.00. Monthly maintenance charge of $29 is waived if your combined balances are $50,000 or more.
