Holiday Branch and Customer Information Center Hours


In celebration of the holiday, our branches and Customer Information Center will close at 3 P.M. on Wednesday, November 22.  We will also be closed for the Thanksgiving Day holiday on November 23.  The bank will be open normal business hours on Friday, November 24.  Click here for additional information.

Certain online banking services will be limited during the conversion period from Monday, May 8th until Monday, May 15th - see below for details.

Recurring ACH and Wire Transfers will need to be re-scheduled in the new online banking service.  




Please note: During the conversion period (May 8th to May 15th) you will be able to check your accounts and view your transactions as you normally do.



What you need to know

Login process

Starting on Monday, May 15th, cash management customers will log in to the new online banking service through the NEW BUSINESS ONLINE BANKING window on website homepage.

Bill Pay

  • Business online bill payment services will be unavailable from Friday, May 12th after 4:00p.m. until Monday, May 15th at 9:00a.m.


Transfers between your Middlesex Accounts

  • Immediate transfers will be available throughout the conversion period.
  • Recurring transfers or transfers scheduled for a future date will be made as normal and will appear in the new online banking service, provided they are set up before Monday, May 8th.

ACH and Wire Transfers

  • ACH and Wire Transfers scheduled for payment prior to Monday, May 15th will be made as normal. Please establish any payments for on or after Monday, May 15th in the new online banking service. 
  • No recurring or future dated ACH and Wire Transfers will be converted to the new online banking service.  Please re-establish any recurring ACH or Wire Transfers in the new online banking service.  

Managing users

  • Business supervisors need to set up administrative rights to their users before they can perform actions in the new online banking service.

  • Users will need to coordinate with their supervisors to be granted user rights.  Users will receive a NO ACCOUNTS AVAILABLE FOR DISPLAY AT THIS TIME message on the home screen if their supervisor has not granted them their assigned rights.



  • Alerts set up in the current online banking service will not be converted to the new service.  The new Online Banking Service will have a broad selection of new Alerts and Notifications options available. 

Quicken or QuickBooks

  • Intuit customers will need to modify their settings to ensure a smooth transition of data after Monday, May 15th.  Please select the Intuit instruction document below that applies to your Intuit service.

  • Make sure your contact information is updated so that you can receive your Secure Access Code.
