Holiday Branch and Customer Information Center Hours

In celebration of the holiday, our branches and Customer Information Center will close at 3 P.M. on Wednesday, November 22.  We will also be closed for the Thanksgiving Day holiday on November 23.  The bank will be open normal business hours on Friday, November 24.  Click here for additional information.

​Business Mobile Banking

Access your business account information, transfer money and pay your bills quickly and conveniently with any web-enabled mobile device.  Plus, to deliver the same encryption and security technology as Online Banking, we use the latest banking security technologies available.

 

​Enrolling in business mobile banking is as easy as 1-2-3.  

 

  1. If you are currently a Business Online Banking customer, complete a simple Online Banking Modification form.  Not enrolled in Business Online Banking?  Complete the Business Online Banking Enrollment form and check off Business Mobile.

  2. Mail or fax either form to:

    P.O. Box 5210
    120 Flanders Rd.
    Westborough, MA 01581-5210  

    -  Forms can be faxed to 508-389-9386 or brought to any Middlesex branch location.
    -  Confirmation and instructions regarding enrolling your mobile device will be sent via email in 1-2 business days.

  3. Download your free Online App.

Web access is required to use Mobile Banking. Check with your wireless carrier for fees that may apply. Business Mobile Banking is available to Business Online Banking users only and all terms and conditions applicable to Business Online Banking apply to Business Mobile Banking. Transfers and Bill Pay must be set up in Business Online Banking in order to use these functions in Business Mobile Banking.

On occasion your mobile phone manufacturer may release software updates for your phone. These should be downloaded and installed regularly to ensure your mobile phone has the most current and up-to-date software installed.

 

Secure your phone

Most mobile phones let you set up a password or PIN, requiring that it's entered into your phone prior to use. This ensures that your phone can't be used if it's lost or stolen. Make sure that you always have this feature enabled and that your password or PIN is not shared with anyone.

Just like your computer, mobile phones are vulnerable to viruses, some of which can give fraudsters access to your personal information. To keep your information safe:

  • Install security software and keep it up-to-date
  • Delete junk emails and text messages
  • Don't follow any Web site links unless you know that they're genuine
  • Don't download any files or email attachments that you're not sure about.

Text Banking available for all MSB customers. Online Banking is not required. For your protection, do not text us your account numbers. You should use your account nickname when sending a text command. We will never include your account number in our text messages.
