We’re excited to let you know that we will be launching a new person-to-person (P2P) payment solution to Middlesex Savings Bank online and mobile banking customers. This new service still provides you with an easy and convenient way to pay others without having to write a check or use cash, and will also integrate with PayPal and Venmo.
Beginning on Thursday, June 30 at 5:00 p.m., our current person–to–person (P2P) payment service will be unavailable as we transition to the new solution.
For Current Users of our Person-to-Person (P2P) Payment Solution:
- Any outstanding P2P transactions will be cancelled and the funds will be returned to your account.
- Once we transition to the new service, previous payment history will not be visible.
- As of July 12, Person–to–Person (P2P) will now be located under the Transaction menu within online and mobile banking.
- Please be aware that non-customers who receive a P2P payment will get an email notification from Middlesex Savings Bank firstname.lastname@example.org.
