Although the name of the bank will change, the values and personal service your accustomed to will not. You can feel confident that Middlesex Savings Bank is a sound and liquid institution on which you and your business can depend. Our solid financial position allows us to continue delivering the credit businesses like yours need to grow and prosper.
During the week of July 13, 2009, you will be receiving more details on your Strata Bank account conversion. Although there may be some changes to your current account structure, you will now have access to a wealth of new benefits at Middlesex including an expanded branch and ATM network and a full line of products and services to help you build your business. The full conversion from Strata Bank to Middlesex Savings Bank will take place between August 13th-16th.
Here are some important reminders and resource links to help answer your questions and make your transition as smooth as possible:
Your Relationship Manager:
Please look for correspondence announcing who your MSB contact will be. In many cases it will be the same person you have worked with before. They will be contacting you soon to discuss any impact to you and your business and to answer your questions. You can be directed to your relationship manager by calling us at 1-877-463-6287.
Business Loan or Line of Credit:
The terms and conditions of your existing loans will not change due to the merger and you will continue to have access to your line of credit. You should note that your account number format may change. This will be identified in your conversion package that you will receive the week of July 13th.
Business Online Banking:
Business Express Online Banking will be unavailable after Thursday 8/13. You will be able to access Middlesex Savings Bank Business online banking the morning of 8/17. Please note that you will be receiving a new password – which you can change when you first login. You will also need to complete our security registration process with your first login. Business VISA Check Card or ATM Card:
If you have a business card, you will be issued new Middlesex cards the week of 8/3. Your Strata Bank cards will no longer be active after 8/16. Please click here to see a complete overview of the card transition process and timing.
