If you are a Middlesex Savings Bank customer, simply complete and return the Enrollment Form for Businesses to access your business accounts on our online banking service. Once the enrollment form is received, we will assign a Login ID and temporary password for each user identified.

In a few days, you will receive an Online Banking Login ID and a temporary password that you must use to log into the Online Banking System. The first time you log in, you will be required to change your password. For your security, you must log in within the first 60 days or your Login ID will be deleted. Actived Login IDs will be locked after 60 days of non-use.

For Online Banking customers enrolled in the Plus or Deluxe packages, you have the option of enabling cookies.
A cookie is a piece of information used to tie Internet users to specific computers. Online Banking uses cookies as a security measure to limit Cash Management user LOGIN IDs to specific computers, thus making it impossible for any other computer to be used to access Cash Management features with that specific LOGIN ID.
Cash Management users do not typically personally own the accounts they are accessing, and cookies provide added security to the account. Disabling cookies for a company disables all cookies for each user of that company.
