The winner will be paid the value of 20,000 miles worth of gasoline, calculated as follows: vehicle is deemed to operate at 25 miles per gallon, price per gallon is $2.25, the average price for regular gasoline posted for Massachusetts on the U.S. Department of Energy site www.eia.doe.gov for May 18th, 2009. Prize is not subject to change with changes in the price of gasoline or the actual mileage of the winner's vehicle. One winner to be drawn on or after September 18th, 2009 from among all debit transactions and other entries made between June 15th and September 4th, 2009. Prize to be deposited into winner's checking account at Middlesex Savings Bank or paid by check within 60 days of end of sweepstakes. Subject to all applicable local, state and federal taxes.
