Use SmartAccess24 Voice Banking, our 24-hour telephone banking service, and access your account information and other banking services any time of day or night. Using state-of-the-art speech recognition technology, customers can speak their choices, or use a touchtone keypad to enter selections.

Access our telephone banking service at 1-800-424-2424 to take advantage of the following services:

  • Check balances on all your checking, savings, CD, and loan accounts
  • Review account history, including recent debits, deposits, checks, interest, and payments
  • Transfer funds between deposit accounts, make loan payments, or take line of credit advances
  • Check the latest rates on deposit and loan products
  • Place stop payments
  • Change your Access Code
  • Report a lost or stolen card
  • Get branch and ATM locations and hours
  • Say 'Agent' or press '0' at any time to speak to a Customer Service Representative

SmartAccess24 Voice Banking also has built in intelligence, allowing it to learn customer preferences. The more you call, the more it learns what you need to do - check balances, transfer funds, and more.
