If you want to build a new home or improve your existing one, we offer a Construction-to-Permanent Mortgage Program that’s convenient and cost-effective. With this two-step loan, you pay interest only during the 12-month construction period (or less if the construction is completed). Then, when your construction is complete, the loan automatically converts to a regular monthly payment of principal and interest. The result is that you have only one closing, saving you time and money. Plus, you’ll lock in a guaranteed interest rate for the construction and permanent financing periods. Construction loans are available with any of our MSB mortgage products, as well as for mortgages to purchase modular homes.
