After you identify the Middlesex Savings Bank business checking account which will serve as the primary operating account to be linked to the ZBA, you can write checks and make deposits against any of the various checking accounts in the normal course of business throughout the day.
At the end of each business day, if any of the ZBA's are deficient, the primary account is drawn down to fund the ZBA bringing its balance back to zero. If any of the ZBA's maintain excess balances, the account is drawn to a zero balance and the excess cash is transferred to the primary account. |
